Episode 7 The Comish
Great info! It definitely hard to setup any golfing event from league play to group travel events. Our Monday league is a travel league that plays up and down the Grand Strand (Shallote NC to Pawleys Isand SC). We play all the great course in Myrtle Beach area for no more that $55 a round that includes taxes and other fees. Our “Comish” works hard getting great prices. We usually have 6-8 tee times. Our Wednesday league plays in Barefoot Resorts mostly at the Dye. We have 6-10 tee times so quite a large group. All Comishes have to have a great love for golf! Good Job!
Episode 8
Another great Podcast with valuable information. As a senior golfer over 70, I need basic ideas how to decrease my fatigue and increase my recovery time after playing 18. While I don’t necessarily want to play back-to-back-to-back rounds all the time I want to able to have that capability to do so. In 2023, I played 6 rounds in 6 days. It was tough! This August, I plan on playing 4 rounds in 4 days. I need basic exercises to increase my stamina! I know that each golfer is different but in my age group, most have difficulty in playing back-to-back rounds. Info from Dr Clay is a valuable resource for us. Brad and Greg keep the info coming!
