    31. Postpartum Depression - My Personal Story Part 2

    Hiiiii!!! Sharing what it was like to deal with postpartum depression for a second time which was much more severe than my first round. I felt hopeless and like an empty shell of a person. This was one of the most difficult times of my life, however, the duality of knowing God was with me despite not feeling God's presence was how I came up with my postpartum depression devotion title "Light in the Darkness."     I realized recently that I've never really shared my full postpartum depression journey, which is funny because that was one of the driving forces behind why I started this podcast several years ago. On this episode, I share how I came to terms with the fact that I had postpartum depression after having my first baby in 2016, the isolation and struggles. I share how motherhood really brings to the surface those wounds, pains, issues etc. that we've stuffed down somewhere to kept us "functioning" prior to taking on the responsibility of a whole human.
