    Hey Yall, This episode comes with a warning, especially for the Moms who may be tuning in. In this episode, my friend Kiya and I deep dive into our relationships with our mothers and what needs to occur for the healing to begin. That relationship isn't always the easiest to navigate, while also being a difficult one to talk about. No matter what angle you approach it from. Sincere opens up about the residue left behind from being a child of someone who was deemed "Crazy" I had to break this episode down into multiple parts because that just how good and complex this episode was.
