AI has the potential to transform workplaces which can bring many benefits but also many concerns. This week Clinton is joined by Christen Bell, an industrial psychologist and the Lead of the AI Community for NTT DATA’s consulting arm, to chat about some of the main fears that are arising around AI. Christen breaks down some of the data and explains some patterns she’s seeing within groups that are fearful of AI. She also talks about the importance of education and change management in the workplace to tackle fear and misinformation.
