71: Soul mates and unconditional support

Soul mates ... it's a beautiful ideal, but one listener is having doubts. Because isn't the job description of a soul mate to support us when we're low or need help and direction? Sibling hosts and the best intimacy coaches and agony aunts ever, Prem and Rogue have many angles to consider. What do you think? Is it an unconditional thing? Or ... can there be some strings attached to this soul mate business? Let us know what you think on social media or email after you listen to the episode!

70: Revenge hookups with your ex

What do you do when your ex wants to netflix and chill after having given you the cold shoulder for a year? Sibling hosts Prem & Rogue have a question from someone who is debating whether he should hook up with his ex to exact revenge. He wants to lead her on and then dump her cold. It's all very shady! But he hasn't quite decided what to do yet so he's asking LSDcast! There's no relationship potential, they're consenting adults, and sex with your ex is usually a great scenario but the agenda? You already know what Rogue's going to say here, but there ARE other shades to this story. And we do have some deeper advice for our listener who is contemplating \"revenge\" - a dish not very easy to handle in the cooking or the serving. So, clearly he should keep it classy. But how? Listen to hear more! Bonus: Prem and his story about hooking up with an ex. > What do you do when your ex wants to netflix and chill after having given you the cold shoulder for a year? 69: Closure for culling (when you're doing online dating)

Every frog you kiss can't turn into a prince(ss) so ... what do you do with the ones you're pretty sure are not going to be The One!? A listener after the hearts of LSDcast hosts Prem and Rogue -- the siblings who host this podcast and are your best intimacy coaches EVER -- asks about letting people go. Do you owe it to the person you don't want to date to give them closure? Does one need to spell it out that you're not interested? And why? Prem and Rogue discuss the scenarios: sometimes it's organic, and you're both on the same page. But, there are some times when you have to spell it out! Who's the douchebag in this scenario? Listen to the show to figure out how to make that call. (Or text. See what we did there?) Bonus: our mother makes a virtual cameo, with some sage advice!

68: Etiquette 101: Staying off dating apps in the discovery stage

So, hosts Prem & Rogue plus Prem's hair. (n/m, it's an inside joke) have a question about app etiquette. Do you keep shopping around online while you're engaging with someone IRL? At what time do you turn your profile off? Or dormant? Do you talk about it with each other? If you do, then when? And yes, of course, the siblings have opinions. And stories. And case studies (personal ones.) And a story about snooping in a date's phone! What are you waiting for? Listen to the episode and tell us what you do, when you're done! We're on social and we're on email. Bonus: A follow up from Neil who had that great question about confessing your crush, back in episode 66!

A Must Listen!

Finally! An uninhibited exchange about those topics we think about but don't know who to ask. Prem and Rogue take on different perspectives in an easy, chatty dialogue - feels like they are part of your cosy after-dinner group. I like their taking in various questions from listeners, certainly gives you something to think about about, if you hadn't before!

Has potential but great yet

The podcast has potential however it needs some tweaking. First, the hosts talk too much about things irrelevant to the subject. I assume they do this to fill in the gaps for time since there isn’t enough callers yet. Talking about a subject around dating, love or sex would be better to fill in the gaps. Also, the hosts don’t have enough info about the problem the callers are having. They should either have callers call-in to the podcast or call them privately to obtain that info before giving any advice.

Entertaining and insightful advice &a commentary

I found out about this great show after meeting the host at the Third Coast International Audio Festival and I'm so glad to have discovered it! I was excited to hear it after finding out it addresses attitudes toward love, sex, and dating in India, because I wanted to find out what, if anything, differs from American attitudes, and the show definitely satisfies that curiosity. The hosts have such great chemistry and the humor and response to listener questions kept me entertained on my commute. Highly recommend!
