Podcast For Your Life
Two non-experts share personal stories and unsolicited but much-needed analyses of life, topic by topic, in 15 minutes or less. Thoughts from our life, for yours. By Jam and Jason. Every week-ish, we share thoughts, on a broad topic, for no longer than 15 minutes. We try to stay away from the trendy, and away from topics we could be considered experts on. Essentially the only promises we make are that every episode will include thoughts, and be shorter than 15 minutes.

The gift that keeps on giving is Poecast for Your Life. I don't say stuff like this, but gee golly dang-er – these boys (Jag and Jansim) make a Poeboy like me look like a the raven in the floorboards of the catacombs when the clock strikes midnight. I can't think of a more soul wrenching bummer of a time it is to sit and listen to these guys, and it shows. My wife says I'm sadder than I've ever been, and for our Gothic Romanticism driven marriage, it's worked wonders. Thank God for Poecast for Your Life.
Great show

PFYL Review Salutations, cadets! The following paragraph is full of words, words that I wrote, about this podcast, “Podcast for Your Life”. Some would say it is a review, but because I love to sing, I’ll call it a “Revue”. My daily commute is exactly 15 minutes long - you see I leave the farm no later than 5:25am, run down to get a cup of mud from Big Paul at “Big Paul’s Hash House” (his son, Lil’ Paul used to play Wall Ball with the boys down at the Pool Hall with a lot of gal, y’all) then I head on over to the factory. This means that every new PFYL episode release equals a really great start to my day! I love laughing first thing in the morning, and then I share all the information I’ve learned later at work around the water cooler. They just got us a new one. It was either a cooler for the office or a raise for everyone. Well, seven and a half cents isn’t worth a heck of a lot, so we went for the cooler. We still can’t have any water in it, because of all the lead, but at least now we have a place to stand on break and compare our favorite podcasts. Sometimes if a story is really something very very special now just for me, I’ll bring it up again after hours at the bingo hall! All the guys love to hear me regale P4YL tales over their frosty mugs of beer (or, in JJ’s case, Sprite. God bless him but that man’s been on and off the wagon so many times you’d think it was a game of hop scotch (no liquor pun intended)). Well, I better hit the road before Tina flips her wig, and I’ll listen to an old episode on the way home! Thanks, Jason and Jam (or “Jamnba Juise” - the portmanteau my niece came up with) keep on keeping’ on kiddos!
