I love this podcast. Every episode is fun and hilarious. I just wish they came out a little quicker but I also know it’s a beast of a podcast to do. Keep up the great work.
The Avengers of Podcasts!
Straight out of the tokusatsu podcast universe comes the the cross over radio drama I never new I wanted! SPECTRE is the quintessential companion podcast to all the hit Bond... James Bond movies. These hosts explore each of Jimmy's adventures in great detail. I don't even need to watch the movies!!!!! Which is sometimes the best case senario. But seriously, Matt and Jake make the bad Bond movies good.
I am a little dissapointed though... I am 4 episodes in and James Bond has yet to summon his Robot to defeat a giant sized version of his enemies??? If anyone has one he would..... Not the hosts fault, still a 5 star podcast anyway!!!!
P.S. The Revenge and Extortion are real.
Great for Bond newcomers!
I've seen only a handful of James Bond movies, but the franchise is so wild that I always love hearing about them. This podcast has a fantastic level of detail (you can't go too long for me, promise), lots of fun commentary, and enthusiasm for the incredible history of the character mixed with good modern sensibility about how unsettling that history looks now. This in an immense undertaking but the hosts are passionate about the topic and I'm looking forward to hearing them recap every movie!
