In this episode, we start setting up the foundation that we'll need to develop a clear understanding of some of the core concepts of cryptos. An essential part of that foundation is a clear understanding of what exactly a "currency" is, how people came to use the different currencies throughout human history, and why many people see these "digital/intangible/unregulated/etc. cryptos" as legit currencies that could potentially disrupt current financial systems.
