Elsie Spittle - "An Insight, an Everyday Miracle."

Elsie Spittle - "An Insight, an Everyday Miracle."

This is our last podcast conversation for this series and our guest is again, Elsie Spittle. What a beautiful way to end Season 1 of a podcast that was born out of a deep feeling. She mentioned in this episode how Syd pointed that an insight, an enlightenment experience, could happen to any of us, bringing the Mystery and the Mystical to our everyday experience. For Elsie, that is the relevance of Sydney Banks.

About Elsie Spittle - From homemaker, to global consultant and mentor of leading Three Principles practitioners, Elsie Spittle has devoted her life to sharing this transformative mental health paradigm with the world.

Elsie had the privilege of receiving “on the job” training directly from Mr. Banks, traveling with him to address mental health practitioners, educators, and others seeking a deeper understanding of life. She is considered the first formal teacher of the Principles, after Sydney Banks.

She is highly regarded as a public speaker and in her ability to reach the audience, large and small, via a “feeling” that touches the heart and soul.

Married for 56 years, with a loving and supportive family, she has her own private business and is co-founder of the Three Principles School, located on Salt Spring Island, BC. Elsie is the author of 6 books; the latest is Nuggets of Wisdom II, 2020.

Dr. Bill Pettit – “Far Beyond”

On this magnificent episode, we had the honor to speak with Dr. Bill Pettit about the relevance of Sydney Banks' role. I encourage all listeners to really hear the different areas Dr. Bill touched on in regard to Mr. Banks. I remembered when we recorded this episode back in June and how I experienced so many different emotions while I was engaged in this conversation.

From Dr. Bill Pettit, "I’m a board-certified psychiatrist who has spent the majority of my career awakening mental health, and sharing the understanding that there is just one cause — and one cure — for mental illness."

Mette Louise Holland - "The Feeling of Who You Really Are."

Mette Louise Holland - "The Feeling of Who You Really Are."

On this episode, we talked with a friend and colleague, Mette Louise Holland. She is licensed psychologist who lives in Denmark with her husband and children. We had a delightful conversation, I loved her story of being introduced to The Three Principles and Sydney Banks. Enjoy it!

From Mette Louise, "An understanding of the principles of innate health has made all the difference in the world to me. It has changed my life upside down for the better and I have never enjoyed my life, my relationship, my children and my job more than I do now – honestly, there’s not a single spot in my life it hasn’t affected in a way far beyond my imagination. And as for my work life as a psychologist, I feel so much more light, enthusiastic and hopeful for every human being I meet in my practice now, and my mind doesn’t waste a fraction of the energy I used to innocently invest in insecure thinking prior to this understanding."

Dr. Judith Sedgeman – “Listening for Wisdom”

Welcome to another episode and our guest today is Dr. Judith Sedgeman. It was an honor to have as a guest as I listened to her story when she first met Sydney Banks and how that encounter impacted her.

"What I know for sure is that nothing can break the human spirit, although we can think ourselves into feeling temporarily dispirited. The gift of the Principles is that change comes through our own insight. We have infinite potential to break free from the limits of our thoughts." Judith Sedgeman
