HOW do we avoid falling into the trap of "waiting for the other shoe to drop" thus perpetuating the never-ending cycle of mental, emotional, spiritual, and/or physical pain? 

WHO do We become NOW, and is it actually a lot more difficult to redefine who we want to be and who we wished we could always be, now that the pain is no longer present?
