A documentary tackling the chid gun violence in America. Byron and I discuss all things from responsible common sense gun laws to how the communities have failed our youth. Reasons for why youth turn to such devastating and fatal choices and what the statistics are. This conversation gets intensely passionate as you would expect as Byron discusses how he has completely abandoned all hope that the Government will do what's right and believes that we the people need and can do more on these hard hitting issues.

Season 4 premiere Episode 1 (50) of Bobby Talks...w/Jess Aycock licensed therapist specializing in the world of taboo topics. All things from sexuality, spirituality, and non-traditional relationships. Jess and I sat down to dissect the American Relationship today and why they are failing as well as not even happening. I make the case that it starts with teenagers and their interactions with one and other on social media. We present alarming statistics such as female depression and sadness, males under 30 haven't had sex in the past year at all. All of these variables play a part in the decline of the American Relationship. We talk about hypersexuality among teens or is it really just the empowerment of an entire generation of young females. All that and so much more!

Season 3 Episode 9 (49) Bobby Talks...w/ Captain Kevin McQuiston about his chase for immortality as he prepares for his quest to become the first American Sailor to sail around the world non-stop by himself. Being dubbed the LA2LA Global Challenge. Immortality is the theme of this show but we talk in great length about so many different themes and topics. Buddhism, mindfulness, extreme consciousness, entitlement & ego and so much more. As Kevin breaks down the ins and outs of his trip we get to know more about the man and what kind of man it takes to take on such a adventure. Risk it all for the just a chance. Season 3 Episode 8 (48) Bobby Talks...w/ Dan Faill Professional Speaker with Keynotes on Leadership & Imposter Syndrome. Dan and I sat down and discussed Leadership in today's society. Are there any real leaders left?  He introduces the Platinum Rule in contrast to the Golden Rule and explains the differences and why knowing those differences could be the deciding factor when leading a group of people. Other areas of topic are the intangibles of leadership and why so often we fail to meet those expectations. This was a great conversation with a wildly entertaining and informative Dan Faill. His energy easily carries the interview and all topics covered. Enjoy!

Season 3 Episode 7 (47) Bobby Talks...w/ Chris Everett owner and creator of the The GAP Toledo an organization specializing in the void between the decision to get help and strategic placement into appropriate treatment. However, even that is a vague explanation. Talking with Chris Everett, Isaac Verdugo, and Julie O'Grady recovering addicts and those who have spent significant time between addiction and recovery, these 3 explain how they work in the "Grey" areas of life and do what's necessary to help those who desperately need it when the system only focuses on the "green." They share their own personal stories and struggles with addiction as well as their road to recovery. This one can be personal but it also can be life changing. Enjoy! 

Season 3 Episode 6 (46) Bobby Talks...w/ Ann Kaplan Parent Coach out of Denver, Colorado. Ann brought fascinating discussion and fresh perspective to the challenges that parents are facing today. Do you feel like you're failing? Good! "That's how we learn." Failing forward as a parent is ok because we're showing up to the task. Ann and I spent almost an hour and a half discussing nature v.s. nurture, reversing your parent philosophy, mind-body connection, importance of language, and so so much more. This discussion was intended to help all of us parents, guardians, aunt's/uncles, grand-parents who feel overwhelmed and need a new approach.
