這集我們邀旭酒造唯一的台灣正社員Zoey來跟我們聊她在東京和山口縣的冒險故事，高雄餐旅大學畢業的她，因為在學校念書時工作的經驗，正好接觸到獺祭在台灣的Bar，就這樣踏進清酒的領域。清酒釀造因負荷重，不太會讓女性實習，但Zoey自告奮勇，沒想到意外發現高雄人的天份：清酒釀造中的麴室又濕又熱，但對高雄出身的Zoey來說「剛好而已！」
