So encouraging!

So goo. I can’t get enough. The hosts are enjoyable to listen too. They keep me focused on my language learning journey and to use Spanish with my kids. I especially love the Jan 18, 2022 episode. Keep the good stuff coming!

Love the Podcast

Been wanting to leave a review for months but I honestly couldn’t figure it out on Spotify, and then I was having issues with iTunes. I felt so silly! Anyway, I love listening to this podcast, they are so funny and a genuine couple. I also can relate to them because I also have a toddler who will be 2 next month and a 1 month old and I want them to learn Spanish because I’m Mexican American and my husband is from England and we live in California. It’s very important to me and my husband too for our children to be bilingual and know where their parents are from. I’m very impressed with their little boy Mateo, on how he switches from English to Spanish because he knows his audience. I’m still working on that, and hopefully my daughter will pick it up soon. Thank you for a lovely podcast and look forward to listening to it.

Honest, Educational and Warm

Cereal Dates is one of my go-to podcasts on my runs. Daniela and Jon are warm and loving while being completely relatable in the parenting journey. Their advice and resources for becoming a bilingual family are accessible and applicable to daily life. We are first time parents of a toddler and anglophones working to become bilingual alongside our child. While it’s not always easy, it feels doable with Daniela’s guidance. This is worth a listen for parents on the journey to raise bilingual children or become a bilingual family. I’ve even recommended the toddler discipline episode to friends who are not on the bilingual family journey because I loved it so much. Well done.
