Grateful to have found this podcast!

Lauren is a breath of fresh air. I have struggled with body image on and off throughout my teenage years and into adulthood - every episode speaks truth and reminds me of what matters most! Would recommend to anyone trying to break free from diet culture and make peace with food and their body.
