No matter how hard some might try to suggest otherwise, in the age of social media… we are all only human; we all make more or less the same ‘mistakes’ and worry about much the same things as each other, as we have done for thousands of years. THE BLONDEY SHOW intends to remind us of that.

    ONLY HUMAN.

    ONLY HUMAN.

Despite my editing more harshly than I have done for previous episodes… it is an especially long one, clocking in at just over 38 minutes. The second half is the lighter and, perhaps, the more enjoyable of the two. In it, I provide a necessary breather from the talk of cancel culture and chronic perfectionism that dominates the first half by way of a guided meditation set to what I think can best be described as ‘porn music’, and make good on the promise I made in Episode Five to share my top-ten answers to the question ‘have you ever sent a text to one person, thinking that you were sending it to another, and, if so, what ensued?’.

    GEMINI WONDER (NAOMI CAMPBELL).

    GEMINI WONDER (NAOMI CAMPBELL).

In this fifth episode of THE BLONDEY SHOW, I speak with supermodel Naomi Campbell about the intrinsic link that exists between her personal life and her professional life, the importance of not letting the celebration of superficial changes distract us from the necessity for fundamental changes which are yet to be made, and her plans (or lack thereof) to retire.

    MODERN TALKING.

    MODERN TALKING.

In this fourth episode of THE BLONDEY SHOW, I hope to prove myself right in my theory that — though it may be a laborious one — the process of putting some thought into what words to say before saying them makes for a podcast worth listening to.

    BASIC LOGIC (MARK GONZALES).

In this third instalment of THE BLONDEY SHOW, I sit down with skateboarding legend Mark Gonzales to talk about nothing in particular.

    INSINCERITY NOW.

No matter how hard some might try to suggest otherwise, in the age of social media… we are all only human; we all make more or less the same ‘mistakes’ and worry about much the same things as each other, as we have done for thousands of years. THE BLONDEY SHOW intends to remind us of that. Episode One, INSINCERITY NOW, is — as its title suggests — largely about lying.
