7. Fuck the negativity
This episode of potty mouth is a little different. It’s shorter and there’s no guest. It’s just me, myself and I, talking about negativity. In this day and age, we should all be down with #selflove & #bekind but we’re not. We’re full of negativity, whether that’s against each other or on ourselves. At 26 I’ve finally realised to just think “f**k it, you do you and never let anyone dull your sparkle”

I’m joined by an old friend of mine from uni. We talk utter bollocks, mainly about shit (literal shit). It's totally unscripted, there's no specific topic, so it's all a bit random. We talk THAT Harry & Meghan interview, we talk fitness, festivals and food and we talk nights out and sex toys. It’s full of profanity, vulgar language and shit content (pun intended)! 3. An interview with... Grace: Autism & Me
This episode of Potty Mouth is a little different to my usual podcast. In each series I will do 1 'An interview with' episode, where I will talk to someone about something specific they have an interest in or something that effects them personally.
In this episode I talk to Grace Liu, a blogger and writer from Loughborough, who opens up to me about being diagnosed with autism at the age of 9. She opens up about how it's affected her throughout her childhood and into her adulthood and the negative stigma around autism.
