You've got your head down and getting work done.  Just remember, you've got a life to live too.  Don't get stuck with your work all the time.  Find a way to balance work and home life.  

If you're not focused and working hard, then this card shows up to remind you that you need to focus on the task at hand.

If this card shows up today, it means that you should take stock of your vulnerabilities.  The card has to do with awareness, self improvement, learning from the past and moving on.

You are asked to be positive in your day.  Understand that we all make mistakes, but there's no point beating yourself or lashing out in defensiveness because of it.

Just know that no-one is perfect and everyone realizes this.  Some people are overly sensitive if someone else notices the flaw and highlights it, either intentionally to make a point or by accident.

Lashing out doesn't help anyone.

The 9 of wands is here to help you see.

Don't stress about your flaws.

It's ok, we've all got scars.

Let them be.

You've learnt the lesson, so use the knowledge you've collected and apply it to the next situation that comes your way.

The 4 of pentacles is a very miserly, mean card.  If you're being mean, miserly, holding on to things that no longer serve you or are just not a very good person, maybe the card is showing up to remind you not to be this way.
