Dr. Mader is a renowned board-certified veterinarian in zoological medicine and author of multiple books including the textbook "Mader's Reptile and Amphibian Medicine and Surgery", and his new book "The Vet at Noah’s Ark". On this episode, Dr. Mader will discuss nutritional diseases in reptiles, focusing on nutritional secondary hyperparathyroidism (one of the metabolic bone diseases) and hypovitaminosis A. AMAZING podcast
I absolutely LOVE this podcast! I’m a soon to be veterinary student and I’ve learned so much from it and love how it applies to both people in the veterinary profession and just people who love or work with animals in other ways. I also really like the host Kyle and how he has little soundbites within the episodes where he explains things or makes funny comments!! 10/10 would recommend :)
