Howdy, true believers.  Welcome back, this time, for ANOTHER I.B.B. special during the hiatus.  This time, I'm commenting on the current Screen Actors Guild strike, which is alongside the writers guild strike, in a last ditch attempt to get Hollywood to come to the negotiating table and work out fair pay, working conditions, and protections in place for AI.  Not nearly as long as the previous special, as I didn't have time to do another Twitter Spaces.  Still, a very important topic for fans of entertainment, or those actually IN entertainment.  Thanks in advance for giving a listen!  If ya like it, reshare, and tell a friend!

Hi all!  Normally my podcast is a one man show, filled with my own original characters that I interact with for comedy tinged pop culture podcasting.  I've pulled WAY back this time for a special episode.   The podcast is on an indefinite hiatus, for reasons I explain when youu listen.  This week, doomscrolling on Twitter led to motivation to host a couple Twitter Spaces audio streams recently on the topic of AI.  It has implications that affect not only my industry of voiceover, but of society in general.  I've picked select speakers from the streams that highlight some excellent observations, points, and experiences from the industry and fan perspective.  This technology is awesome and simultaneously invasive with professional, personal, and mental implications.  Entertainment and everyday life is already feeling the effects.  Hopefully this special episode will help inform, empower, and spread awareness.  Thanks for listening to this special episode.
