Love it

Valentine is a fantastic host. She’s thoughtful and her questions are emotionally intelligent. She makes enneagram funny, relatable, and has conversations with guests that are healing for the rest of us, even if we’re a different enneagram type. As someone who is into other personality typing systems, Valentine convinced me that enneagram was worth looking into more deeply and I appreciate her so much for directing me toward the new ways I’ve come to understand myself. Love.

Fantastic interviewer - great for self-reflection and enneagram newbies

This is a great podcast for so many reasons. 1st - Valentine's voice is so soothing.

2nd- I love her laidback approach to the enneagram. As someone whose interest in the enneagram ebbs and flows, this is a nice way to dip my toe in without having to read 6 books to re-remind myself what a "wing" is.

3rd - I always forget how helpful it is to hear about other people's approaches to life, so as to better understand the folks around you. I've had quite a few "Aha" moments where one of the guest's describe doing X because Y, and it helps me realize that my husband doesn't do X to drive me insane, but because of Y!

Lastly - although I have yet to listen to the episode about 7s (my type), I have learned a surprising amount about myself by listening to the interviews about others. Valentine asks thought provoking questions that encourage vulnerability from her guests, and it's impossible not to find commonalities with each person. Kind of nice, no?

Love this podcast!

I appreciate the casualness and practicality of this podcast. It’s unique from other Enneagram podcasts/media platforms <— a compliment from an obvious type 4 :)
