A Great podcast for anyone who’s SANDWICHED

Karen’s authentic voice and experiences are refreshing and much needed. As someone who had been part of the sandwiched generation for 15 years, this podcast is a great reminder of what we need to be doing for ourselves so we can show up for the ones we love. I look forward to this podcast!

A Sandwich and a Cup of Soulful Inspiration make these conversations tasty!

Karen E. Osbourne’s “Living in the Sandwich Zone” podcast offers up tasty conversations which are sometimes sweet (and sometimes salty) as
Karen dives deep and shares intimately about her work life and family’s challenges as the CEO of the problem-solver club which I’ve dubbed: “I’ve Got This” - a never-ending on-call center for those of us who are always "on-the-ready" to solve the emergencies that arrive daily in our crowded shoebox called Life.

Whether she’s podcasting solo or is interviewing a great guest, Karen’s soothing voice lets us know it’s going to be okay (mostly) – and also let’s us know how she now honors herself to take time out to find her daily joy. Caregiving and life is hard and often we are the ones who put ourselves last. Her podcast encourages us to put ourselves first - as that will give us the fuel we need to make better decisions, to see situations with a healthier perspective – as well as to observe that our auto-pilot “I’ve Got This” behaviors sometimes reveal that we should fire ourselves and treat ourselves to some afternoon tea - as we are sometimes no longer needed to keep everything together.
