LOVE

I was lucky enough to have Tory as my Therapist for a few years. She got me through so many really tough places in myself and in my marriage! Now that we no longer work together regularly, I love being able to hop on here and listen to the topics she’s discussing! I’m so proud of you, Tory and THANK YOU! XO

So Lovely and Helpful

I absolutely love this podcast! Tory has a way of explaining things in such a simple, digestible and concise way. I also love that the episodes are short and sweet. I have had many aha moments on topics I've heard over and over but didn't get it until she explained them. 10/10 would recommend :).
