Episode 18: The Intentional Debriefing!!!!

What a terrific episode! A friend told me to take a listen, and was she ever correct. I am single after a very long, complex marriage and I am very hesitant to date, mostly out of fear of repeating old patterns. Steven outlining the importance of doing the work of taking personal accountability for the role we play was an affirmation I needed to hear. My ongoing therapy and work to build healthier habits it’s time well spent. Thanks for a great, intelligent episode.
