Females in Fantasy

As a new writer, I wonder all the time about how other writers have dealt with issues around feminism, representation, and other important topics in their fantastical worlds. The host asks exactly the questions that I've been wanting to ask, that society and writers NEED to ask, and the guests are astounding. Highly recommended for all writers!

I’m a afab fantasy author so I would say I’ve been interested in/frustrated with this topic for forever. To hear a podcast dedicated solely to this topic is SO needed right now. I also appreciate how intersectional this is another highly needed discussion topic currently. Thanks for creating this!

I always look foward to each week's episode! Brianna always has such fantastic guests and i enjoy learning from their thooughts. It's great to be challenged and encouraged to write epic women in fantasy!

I especially enjoy this as a writer of fantasy who primarily writes female characters. That said, even if you’re not a writer there are still a lot of really interesting perspectives and topics to learn about. Good audio quality, not too long or too short, the host is fantastic at asking questions, adding commentary to thoughts brought up in the conversations, and sharing her own thoughts etc. It has a lot of wonderful guests. I have really been enjoying this podcast!
