Underdog Upstart Whiskey competes. That’s the word on Dixon Dedman’s new 2XO whiskey brand, that’s said to stand up against much higher-priced bottles of bourbon. Dedman was the master blender and cofounder of Kentucky Owl & left a few years after Stoli acquired the brand.
