At the time when the entire world is hoping for the better times to come, there are people who are fighting a different kind of battle on two fronts, dealing situationally and the anxiety within. So, here is to those emotional people who feel everything in extreme; they breakdown when sad or are on the top of the world for even a small happiness. Let’s understand their emotions and be with them in their anxiety.

Defining Happiness -

At the time when the people of India are facing such a strange & scary situation, the corona virus has put a disastrous impact on everyone. People are tensed and afraid. - Everyone is at home, experiencing lock down, scared to go out, working from home, and people are getting restless now. All the hear is negative news floating from everywhere. - All we see is number of deaths and covid 19 positive cases. This is indeed putting negative & a psychological impact on everyones mind. - People want to hear something positive, something engaging, something that they can be hopeful and is interesting. - After speaking to my friends I thought to start sharing one podcast per day for all 21 days of lockdown in the country. - I will try to make them cheerful, happy and give positivity so they smile and don’t feel that they are alone. :)
