Mahmoud Bahrani, relentlessly efficient at either a sprint or jog because he listened to Coach, joins to talk about his experiences as a competitive high school and college runner, how those are informing his current philosophies and training plans as a high school track and cross country coach, and the difficulties of understanding or communicating timescales of improvement.
