On episode 13 of Fight Strength, Phil and Jason had the pleasure of talking with New York based strength & conditioning expert Tony Ricci. 
Not only is Ricci the strength coach for fighters like former UFC middleweight champion Chris Weidman, and welterweight contender Stephen Thompson, but he is an adjunct professor at Long Island University, has a masters degree in both sports science and nutrition, but he is also a black belt in multiple martial arts. He is a true renaissance man.
Ricci answered questions from the guys on weight-cutting, handling injuries in camp, the importance of nutrition for a fighter, and tons more.
Jason also handled the question duties for Phil in the "Ask Daru" segment of the show. Which including talk of Michael Johnson moving down to 145 pounds, and getting optimal S&C training time with his athletes.
