What is there to say about the best podcast, that hasn’t already been said? You all deserve five stars alone for not subjecting me to ads. Glibness has no place in this review though, as I truly adore you all. It has been an absolute joy listening to critiques, politics, and personal growth over the past decade. Katey Rich is my North Star where film is concerned, and someone I greatly respect. Thank you for always making award season more interesting; Prestige Junkie is really good! Da7e’s transitions between segments are excellent and the lens with which he views culture is invaluable. Matt Patches, the true wild card of the pod, constantly has me vacillating between laughter and uncertainty. David Ehrlich has a wonderful way of writing that I find to be comprehensive

Hilarious open to the episode with David throwing the most condescending lib in tears rant and calling everybody dumb and ignorant. I’m as liberal as they come and would give anything for Harris to be our next president but listening to that it was like yup this is why we lose. Why wouldn’t you vote to spite people like this. The Republican Party should clip out David’s audio and run it as campaign ads in 2028. They’ll win again.

In addition to being a movie obsessive, I am a professional radio DJ, so I am also a music obsessive. I was hoping that whatever assortment of hosts appear on this episode could list their favorite bands/artists of all time. Thanks for all that you do, your show is a highlight of my week. PS.
