Zack spent nearly 2 and a half years training to be a green beret. He looked up to special ops and considered them heroes. Ready to dedicate his life to something he was passionate about, Zack’s dream was cut short when, 6 years in, he got injured in Afghanistan. Getting medically retired changed his world and brought Zack to a dark place. He didn’t think he would be lucky enough to find a second passion until he discovered non-profit work. It didn’t happen overnight, but Zack is now passionate about helping to transition special operators to find their next mission in life.
