Elian is specialized in Mid-Life and Transformational coaching and Is well known for her straightforward “Coach Approach” sharing her life lessons with a good dose of joy, humor, and energy. Her upcoming book "How to get your sexy back" will be launching soon along with an array of online life-coaching packages and training.

In this episode Dilyana and Elian unpack the many techniques and approaches that Elian uses with her clients to find healing and transformation from stored trauma, ptsd, and anxiety.
