Digital Diary with Hannah Elise

These conversations usually only happen in my head. (...and specifically in the middle of the night, because that’s when I come upon every inspired thought I’ve ever had. for some reason.) This podcast is my Digital Diary. In each episode, I will brain-dump, talk through, and share my perspective on a new topic relevant to my journey of navigating life in my 20s. And I’m Hannah, a 24-year-old just trying to figure out what any of us are *actually* supposed to be doing. Spoiler alert: I don’t know how to crack this code, but then again… none of us do. So we might as well be in it together. There will be a little bit of everything here - highs and lows, experiences and lessons, self-care and self-improvement, and everything in between. I also would like to formally apologize for the extreme amounts of street noise, road rage, and children screaming (??) that were going on as I was recording this & that my microphone picked up.     I'm not okay

    5 | Probably the most vulnerable I have ever been and will ever be on the internet. Today we’re talking heavily about mental health and, specifically, some things I’ve been going through lately that came to a head earlier this week. I feel really anxious even to share this, but if it has the chance to help even one person feel heard and less alone, it’s worth it to me.

    Finding joy in the little things

    6 | This week, we're talking about finding joy in the simple, everyday things in life and also "little things" that actually aren't little. This episode is quite the stark contrast to last week's, but there is a lil update on that at the beginning of this one.
