For years, I was overwhelmed by my work and home responsibilities that I could not find the time or motivation to exercise or cook dinner. This was all fine until I found myself with heart palpitations and concerned I was suffering from a serious heart condition. After working with my doctors and specialist, I learned it was all due to stress. Something in my life had to change. I finally realized that if I wanted to be the healthiest version of me, feel better in my clothes, have more energy, and be a great role model for my daughter, I needed to build a healthy habits that fit the life that I am currently living.
