I love listening to this podcast, always look forward to the next episode! Lesya doesn’t beat around the bush and will get straight to the point about all things health and unhealthy. Since starting to listen to podcasts I have been looking for ways to better educate myself on how to create a healthy lifestyle and this podcast has bee super helpful!
