Whether it's a hiccup at your job or a systemic issue that affects everyone you know, we've all encountered obstacles that just seem impossible to overcome. This week, Anne and Frances are joined by Master Fixer, journalist, and Revisionist History host Malcolm Gladwell, who shares his experience tackling big, complex challenges -- from rethinking homelessness in America to dysfunction in college ranking systems. Malcolm also shares how storytelling can change minds and why the people most optimistic about a problem are often the ones who are closest to it. Anne-Fran Fan- Govt Employee

I love the show- especially loved the episode about C suite changes with Alan- I’m going through that right now and have gone through it before - I’m a state government employee and would love more episodes that discuss government-related issues because they really can be unique and difficult to address.

One of the smartest, beautifully courageous, thought-provoking and actionable podcasts I've discovered after a decade in private practice as an executive/leadership coach & HR consultant. Each episode is rich with insight, featuring relatable guests and real-life scenarios. 100% binge-worthy.
