By being a native of Virginia, working in the Northeast Section of Washington, DC for the last 29 years, and living (and owning real estate) in Washington, DC, Virginia, and Montgomery, Howard, Anne Arundel, and Prince George's Counties, Dr. Turner has extensive knowledge of the Washington Metropolitan Area. He is married to an Army Veteran and has four adult children.
