Fleur Harris

We speak with Australian artist and designer, Fleur Harris. We discuss her childhood growing up on a vineyard and learn how that comes back to influence her art. She takes us on her formative journey as she gets exposed to a diversity of cultures in Melbourne and discover some of her unexpected musical tastes. She tells us why the word “no” went from demotivating her to being something she is thankful for and we discusses how the time preparing for motherhood led to the art that we now recognize as her signature whimsical style. She also reveals some of the subtle elements that she places in her designs for people to find and appreciate.
