I enjoy listening to Danny & what he has to talk about is, for 1, just that!! It’s not scripted & he’s SO HONEST!! Today’s topic spoke volumes to me as I’m in the the middle of 2 transactions & still feeling’’novice’ it’s scary & I’m very impatient, by nature! So thanks for talking about this, NOW!! One deal i dod sorta give in s bit but at the end of the day I just wanted OUT from dealing with my JV partner. The other, I’m on my 3rd candidate buyer & I’m being more patient (kind of) and I think it’ll benefit me the most in the long run.
