Joining us today is his beverage director, Dominik Lenikowski, with tastes and talk of the Tabard Inn’s cocktail program;   ·        Mitsitam means “let's eat!” in the Native language of the Delaware and Piscataway peoples. That word  "roots" in Catalan and is Chef Pepe’s latest restaurant concept, set to open at the Arlo Washington DC hotel this fall.
