Updated Question, 4/14/25: This show is great and was exactly what I was looking for, a deeper look at the NFL that teaches me things I wouldn’t get from, say, a daytime ESPN show. Nate, Charles, and Matt talk about scheme and cover every position (not just skill players). They also seem to really love talking about the line which makes learning about the trenches much more fun. They also do a good job of breaking this stuff down for everyday people which is helpful because while I’ve watched the NFL my whole life, I’ve never played football. Listening to their podcast helps me learn a bit more about the sport and the deeper strengths and weaknesses of each team. They also let you ask questions to learn if you leave a review which is what I’m doing right now. It pains me to say that I am a Giants fan. **We have Jameis and Russ on the roster. Neither are serious long-term options at QB. They could take Shedeur at 3, but that seems a little rich to me. We’re not winning any super bowls this year, so I’d rather invest elsewhere. But if you were GM and you had 5 years of job security, how would you approach free agency and the draft this year (or even next year)?

Hey Guys love the show and high level analysis yall give outside of just brand names. Nate has touched on this a bit in some episodes but I was hoping yall could talk about what makes a great Center ie traits you’d look for in the draft for that position as opposed to a guard or tackle. Heard a lot about Grey Zabel(spelling?) being a good prospect there but why wouldn’t Campbell work there if he’s calling out protections at Tackle?

Absolutely love the show but can someone please tell Charles to turn up his dang mic (move the mic closer) so there’s not a GIANT volume discrepancy level between him and Nate/Matt talking. Keep the shows coming!

Why doesn’t Zac Taylor get mentioned with other prominent offensive minds in the game? Having Joe Burrow on your team shouldn’t eliminate Taylor from getting more credit, especially when you look at the success the Bengals had with Jake Browning. Thanks.

Legit best show and all of yahoos football shows are most intelligent. Question: Why did the Commanders waste 2 minutes jumping offsides? The rams the week before scored on Philly after that late saquon long TD run in less time than the Comms used jumping offsides. If they were seriously going to come back didn’t they need the 2 mins?

Nate Tice always has to get his woke politics into the show, which is already scatter brained and annoying enough. A lot of better football podcasts out there.
