    His undeserving Mercy

    Thank You, God, for Your mercy over our lives. Thank You, God, for wanting a relationship with us and for taking us into deep consideration. Who You are is not contingent on what we do or rather, what we don't do. You give what You give out of true love for us. We can't thank You enough for Your Goodness. How good is God? I know we hear believers ask that question so many times a day, but how Good? So Good. His mercy might be one of my fav character traits about Him, with so many others easily pinning for first place. He is indescribable. His mercy is what keeps us from getting what we deserve. His mercy keeps us in right standing with Him. His mercy gave us Christ Jesus and secured our spot in Heaven. His mercy thought to leave His Holy Spirit with us as a guide. His mercy keeps us afloat and His grace through faith keeps us in relation with Him. I hope you enjoy this week's episode! Thank you guys for letting me be vulnerable. Each episode God pulls and pulls more from me because He knows it is needed and what will bring Him glory. All for Him.

    God, our Father

    HEY! welcome back! what a break it’s been! a much needed break though! i’ve been spending so much time with God; even when i felt apart from Him. i can’t wait to share with you guys what He’s been teaching me! this week’s episode is catch up day though cause it’s been way too long and i have so much to catch you guys up on. good things though, God filled things i’d like to think. i’ve been learning a lot about His love- His Fatherly love to be specific. and boy is it Good. so grab you glasses! it’s time to w(h)ine.

    for a pessimist, im pretty optimistic

    goldstar for whoever knows where the title is from. this episode makes me smile. we’re too hard on ourselves. it’s the journey. yes, we make mistakes. yes, we have no idea what our future entails. but we know a God who is full of wonder and who wants to see us smile. more than anything. all of the things we go through are part of the journey God has set out before us a long time ago. so why not accept it as good? instead of giving up how about we take it for what it is from a better outlook? we’re not failing . we’re moving forward. even if it’s stumbling *hints next episode* talk to you soon, hope you enjoy !

    be so fr part 1 and 2

    you know, sometimes you're the problem and that is okay. in this week's therapy session, i sat down with God and we talked about what happened in the recent weeks; who did it, why it happened and what i should work on next. i had to be honest with myself too! i reached a groundbreaking point where i looked in the mirror and realized the problems are rooted in me. im a hot mess but God not only loves but lives for the mess. after all, He already knows we're messy, but we're not called to be perfect. we're called to answer when He calls ,do our best to obey, and trust that He will make a message out of our best mess.

    validation and why do we need it?

    now that ive captured your attention with the melody "ITS MY MONEY AND I NEED IT NOW"; lets chat. why do we want validation so much? although the question is posed in first person, it still is a question we all can sit on. in today's episode,i sat with God, the Bible & my growing adult thoughts and went down the rabbit hole that is validation. whether in things, people, animals, or places all look for it to some degree but why? enjoy xoxo, a'jhane

    the year i turned 23

    it's been a WHILE! about 10 months id say. yikes. so you know what that entails: A CATCH UP. but not just any catch up! a reflection on the year i turned 23. i wanted to wrap up the first season of Live, Laugh, W(h)ine by laying everything that happened on the table. or on the mic. and that's exactly what this season finale does. so dust off those glasses cause its time to finally w(h)ine again. xoxo, A'Jhane

    a load of barnacles

    coming off of somewhere between i want it and i got it, i still absolutely do not have it. in this week's episode, i share what's happened since we last talked. im still standing but as much as i'd like to say it's been easier since i recorded this episode, it's actually been even more complicated. where's the crazy faith when you need it? where's the perseverance when you so desperately want to give up? asking for myself. trying to be positive in this note but im having a hard time! just being honest! anyways, get your (huge) glasses, it's time to w(h)ine!

    somewhere between i want it and i got it

    (fair warning i was getting over a cold recording this so sorry for the crappy voice quality!) you know whats actually insane? i fell short right after this episode lol.. which we'll of course discuss in the next episode. but until then, God still loves me and im still in the running to be america's next top model.. jokes aside, you know the feeling where you're far past your old identity but not yet quite acquainted with who you're supposed to be? thats what i want to talk about.

    i have a new best friend

    hey yall! i know, i know. im not the most consistent podcast host, but I'm getting better! small progress is still progress right? episode 5!!! how exciting! love that for me. love that for US! in this week's episode, i talk about where ive been and how life has been treating me or at least how it was treating me.. because don't tell anyone, i totally recorded this episode 2 weeks ago. with school, work, vlogging (yeah, i started vlogging again!) and all the ways life loves to life, i have to now rework my schedule! which is okay! to keep things short, last month was ALOT. a lot of crying. a lot of praying, a lot of losses but in the most fruitful ways. lots of sleepless nights and wondering how january was so perfect to fast forward february seeming to be a complete 180. thankfully, it didn't end that way! this isn't a dump since we are way past the window of dumping, but alas a catch up nonetheless.   okay, no more typing! you know the drill: get your glasses, it's time to w(h)ine!

    end of an era

    its been a while, but i think i have the hang of it again. no more starting and stopping.. forreal this time. in this week's episode, i talk about where i've been the past two weeks, some struggles i've been overcoming and of course a storytime or two that no one asked for but will still appreciate. enjoy.. or don't. but either way, take what i say in some parts with exagerration. id explain which part specifically but you'll be able to comprehend haha. see

    i started a podcast

    after years of sitting on this massive dream of mine, it's finally here! my very own podcast and i am over the moon with joy, pride, hope, and most importantly faith that live, laugh, w(h)ine will be bigger than me. i hope that anyone who listens is able to hear themselves in at least one episode. i want  you to be able to say "I've been feeling this way" or "omg i needed that" or anything. i want to be the best friend, big sister, tt, unlicensed therapist who probably needs a psychologist- everything i wished i had and still do at times. i'm not sure how to finish this description as i haven't taken english in years (lol). so i'll just say, get your glasses. it's finally time to w(h)ine.
