A very unique experience! You not only learn about International Jewish through the ages, but you hear heartfelt, personal stories behind the food. Also, the interviewer is top notch and puts the person at ease! I love listening to young Jewish talent and their stories! Amanda Dell makes everyone she interviews at ease!

There are only a few occasions when interesting , culture, and fun come together- schmaltzy is one of those! The episodes dig in just the right depth for joyful listening. Occasionally I learn new things about Jewish culture, other times I reach back into my own family memories- both are fun! Keep up the good work!
