After hitting rock bottom and losing his job and identity, former police officer Nick Ricciotti pursued recovery. He now works as a licensed mental health counselor helping other first responders dealing with substance abuse and trauma.

Nick sat down with host JT to share his journey, illuminating the daily challenges faced by first responders and how it impacts their mental health. Nick candidly shares his personal battle with alcohol and drug addiction while serving in law enforcement - and the peer support that helped him out of it.

From navigating parenthood to fostering community through initiatives like Reps for Responders, Nick speaks about overcoming adversity, finding purpose, and building a supportive community for those on the front lines.
