Is the video game phenomenon Fortnite stealing dance moves illegally? Intellectual property attorney David Hecht joins Alan and Kerri to share his clients’ stories of why they are suing EPICGames, Inc., Fortnite’s owner, for copyright infringement, misappropriation, right of publicity and other related causes of action.
