In a space achingly devoid of voices such as these, Fourth Trimester Postpartum Stories makes room for parents to share their journeys and histories regarding a life stage rarely spoken about and hardly ever honestly acknowledged. Coleman offers these parents room to spin out their personal, sometimes searing, tales of their fourth trimesters with compassion and a light touch. Personal and powerful in turns, FTPS is gives a voice to and shines a light on this challenging phase for new parents. I listened to the first episode with a person who was not a parent and he was just as moved as I was while listening to Kayla’s truth and story. Can not recommend this pod enough.
