Take me back to the Chi!

I’m loving this podcast. The theme NY ↔️ Chi is very relatable given my love for NY and having lived in Chicago. It’s making me
nostalgic with my memories in both cities. The chemistry stemming from Brian and Rustin’s 20 year friendship allows for genuine and authentic discussions. I love the balance between seriousness and humor that flows naturally. The topics are fire and the most recent NBA top 5 discussion has been one of my favorites so far. Overall, it’s a substantive podcast with deep perspective on culture and real life experiences. Keep it up!

I enjoy hearing the opinion of current events discussed in a genuine manner. The conversations are thought provoking and flow with a balance of seriousness and humor.

Candid, humorous & philosophical

Immensely enjoyed the second podcast. Brian and Rustin are articulate, informed and deliver refreshing front-line opinions that speak not only to their personal appreciation of the artists but they keep it upbeat, alive and objective, leaving no trail or resurrection of scandal. This allows the listener the opportunity to truly ‘hear’ about the artist and focus on their musical contributions, and in essence reviving some of the greatest rap albums ever made. As a new subscriber I look forward to hearing more dialog on rap, current events and our rich black history. Congratulations on a fantastic podcast. Robyn Gant, Author
