Learn about the effects of Rise and Chill® frozen storage and packaging on the quality of lamb and also participate in wool classing and judging.
VIRTUAL REALITY: Explore Dookie sheep farming to see what happens throughout the year via a virtual reality farm tour through time.
MUTTON TASTING: Taste mutton patties that have been freshly grilled and processed to enhance different flavour characteristics and learn what changes lead to different qualities.
