I have been struggling over the last few months and today I am back with several personal and professional updates that I shared with my private newsletter community earlier this week. There was a lot in my head and on my heart, I know I needed to share.

I have been podcasting for seven years now. I launched my show to help others. So, I hope by sharing my story it will be able to help at least one other person know that they are not alone!
