In this episode, we talk to Owen Brierley, a PhD student in the the computational media design program at UCalgary. His story starts off in a bit of a different place than most of our previous guests, and his journey includes a variety of really cool experiences that has led him to some very interesting research relating to games, simulations, and how it might just help scientists predict and prevent COVID-19 spreading events.
