FRP - S2 - E5 - Overcoming Anxiety and Understanding Your Mental Health - Jamie Johnstone
With it being Mental Health Awareness week recently the boys decided to sit down and have an open, honest conversation about their own experiences and how mental health has affected their lives.
They were lucky enough to be joined by Jamie who has recently had opened up on social media about his experiences with anxiety. The three lads talk about everything from realising changes in your own behavior, coping mechanisms, the importance of exercise, and ways to build up your mental toughness.
We all struggle with things in life and hopefully anyone who watches this is able to realise you're not alone and there are things you can do to improve the way your mind works.
